How AI Discovers Davao Content Creators by Profile and Platform

Davao content creators have a growing presence in the business landscape. They’re influencing choices in ways traditional ads often can’t.

So businesses are paying attention. And now, so is AI. That’s one reason I wanted to dig deeper into this topic. After exploring general and content niches, this focuses on creator profiles and the platforms they use.

Because brands rarely search for influencers in general. They search with a purpose.

Can AI Tell Which Davao Content Creators Are Gen Z or Students?

Not very well. These two questions had the weakest agreement in this part of the study.

AgreementNone2 of 3 platforms

Details That Raised Questions

  • AI doesn’t read “Gen Z” as age. Jinkie B and Tata D Aem were both listed as Gen Z creators. Both are Millennials. AI seems to match the audience, the content, or the online vibe.
  • “Student” doesn’t always mean a person. Gemini’s third pick was “Campus & Micro-Creators.” That’s a category, not a creator.

Overall Analysis

AI seems to have a loose picture of the “young creator” space in Davao. It knows a few names. The problem is that it doesn’t consistently connect them to Gen Z or student audiences.

That’s an opening for creators. If you make content for students, don’t leave it to AI to guess. Say it plainly in your bio:

  • Who you create for
  • Which school or community you’re part of
  • What you post about

This is the main goal of my AI Visibility Report, Volume 4. I want to help Davao content creators get a clearer view of how AI sees them, so the right audiences and brands can find them. And so brands can choose creators who truly fit their campaigns.

My approach is simple: lead with facts so creators know what to fix and businesses know what to double-check.

Does AI Agree on Male and Female Davao Content Creators?

Brands often decide on a creator’s gender early in a campaign. They may start with a simple filter: who should speak for our product, a man or a woman?

So I asked ChatGPT, Google AI, and Gemini for male Davao content creators, then for female ones.

PlatformMaleFemale

AgreementOn all 3 platforms On 2 of 3 platforms

Details That Raised Questions

  • A slip in the male list. ChatGPT listed Katik, a female creator, among the male creators.
  • One creator, two handles. Gemini linked Jinkie Bangcot to both @_jinkieb and @jaybangcot.

Overall Analysis

AI has a steadier picture of Davao’s male creators than its female creators. I can’t say why. But the gap is clear.

Steady isn’t the same as accurate. Even on the list with the strongest agreement, it still got a basic detail wrong.

Can AI Tell Micro, Mid-tier, and Macro Creators Apart?

Not consistently. “Micro,” “mid-tier,” and “macro” sound like clear categories. Businesses use them to set budgets and pick partners. I wanted to see if AI treats them the same way.

Tier Agreement How AI defined it

Micro

None
ChatGPT included pages like DiscovDavao and Davao Nomad. Google AI gave a handle for every pick.

Mid-tier

Laking Davao (2 of 3)
Google AI used follower counts. ChatGPT and Gemini leaned on visibility.

Macro

Davao Conyo (3 of 3)
Mid-tier and niche creators also surfaced

Details That Raised Questions

  • Micro: The most scattered result in this part of the study.
  • Mid-tier: Google AI listed Davao Food Guide at roughly 500k+ followers and Christian Carlo Rea at about 120k. Whether that’s “mid-tier” depends on who you ask.
  • Macro: Davao Conyo was the only name on all three lists.

Overall Analysis

The tiers aren’t a fixed scale for AI. They’re loose labels, applied differently each time.

And that matters for brands. If a tier decides your budget, check the real follower numbers.

Does AI Know Davao Content Creators on Every Platform?

Some of them, on some platforms. A creator can run a huge Facebook page and barely register on YouTube. Does AI notice the difference?

Here’s what each AI named.

Sean Lucas, Monica Dizon, Klyza Castro, Angereen Sy, Jinkie Bangcot
Davao Conyo (Phillip Te Hernandez), Lance Justin Carr, Jako De Leon (@bogart_theexplorer), Abdur Rahman, Jewel Padilla

Details That Raised Questions

  • Mr. Ingrown came out of nowhere. He appeared only twice in earlier questions, in the emerging and macro lists. On TikTok, all three AIs named him.
  • Chito Samontina has the biggest Facebook following. Yet only Google AI placed him first. Audience size isn’t the only signal.
  • El Kayl and Roel of Malalag have millions of Facebook followers. ChatGPT named them only when I asked about YouTube.
  • Davao Conyo was the only name on all four platforms. But not on every AI’s list. ChatGPT left him off its TikTok answer.

Overall Analysis

A big audience on one platform didn’t carry over to the others. AI seems to treat each platform as its own question.

Can AI Match Davao Content Creators to The Right Handle?

Not always. A handle should be the simplest way to confirm who someone is.

For brands, it’s the link they click before they message a creator. But in these results, the same handle pointed to different names, and the same name pointed to different handles.

One Handle, Two Names

Davao content creator handles
  • ChatGPT identified @bogart_theexplorer as Bogart the Explorer. Gemini identified the same handle as Jako De Leon.
  • Gemini also wrote “Bogart the Explorer / Jako De Leon” in its tourism answer. That can read like one person with two names.

Jako De Leon co-created the brand, which may explain the link. But a brand and a co-creator aren’t the same thing. A brand reading both answers might not know who to contact.

One Name, Several Handles

Gemini’s own handles also shifted from one answer to the next:

  • Lance Justin Carr: @lancecarr_ in the Gen Z answer, @lancejcarr in the college-student answer, and @lancejustincarr in the Instagram one
  • Abdur Rahman: @bdrbln in the Gen Z and mid-tier answers, and @abdurrahman in the Instagram one

I can’t tell from the lists which one is right. That’s the point.

Location Got Blurry Too

Sean Lucas now works in Manila, and Beverly Galez is from Koronadal. Both appeared on the Instagram lists. I covered that pattern in my first post.

Overall Analysis

A handle is an identity signal. If AI links it to the wrong name, or the same name to different handles, brands may reach the wrong person.

Want the full picture? Download the Content Creators in Davao report or browse the series. A new topic arrives every month.

Did AI Find You?

Every name in this post is someone AI recognized.

Now picture yours in that list. Is it there? Is it spelled the way you spell it, with the handle you use?

I can’t promise AI will recommend you tomorrow. Nobody can. What I can tell you is that these answers come from what’s published online. And that can change.

If you didn’t see your name, or something looks off, let’s talk it over. We can work out the visibility gaps together.
